Top 5 Anime to Check out in November

5. That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime

This one is actually a surprise to me, I was avoiding it because I thought the name sounded weird. I wasn’t aware how interesting and fun this would be until it popped up in my Funimation queue after I got done watching the latest Fairy Tail Final Season Episode.

So the story follows Satoru Mikami, a 37-year-old human who didn’t have a girlfriend. He wasn’t remarkable in anyway it seemed, he ends up being stabbed saving a co-worker and his girlfriend. Due to some unconscious desires, he was reincarnated as slime with some not so ordinary skills. This is definitely worth a check!

4. Shakugan no Shana

This anime is not really a new one, however I felt it deserved a mention as I just re-watched it. This series follows Yuji Sakai who turns out to be a torch with a treasure tool inside him making him a Mystes. In this story, you see the hidden battle of Flame Hazes and Crimson Denizens. The Flame Hazes are trying to protect the balance and the power of existence. It has many twists and full of action and drama.

3. A Certain Magical Index

A Certain Magical Index received a Season III, the first few times I had tried to watch it, I was actually pretty exhausted and fell asleep. However,  I gave it a second chance and I find the story of Espers and the hidden world of Magic and the Church to be quite a fun story.  It has quite a bit of action following Toma and Index in Academy City.  As the anime keeps saying when magic and science meet a story is born and it’s quite true if you liked this anime make sure to check out A Certain Scientific Railgun as well.

2. Fairy Tail

Fairy Tail has been one of my all time favorite anime since I first saw it a few years ago (I can’t remember when i was first introduced to it >.<). While I am really excited to see the final season, and see the final battle between Fairy Tail, Zeref, and Acnologia. With this Final Season it is following the final chapter of the Manga, the revival of Fairy Tail and the fight with the Alvarez Empire. New Subbed episodes are every Saturday, and dubbed are done by Monday. Check this anime out especially if you like Magic, and Fighting!

1. My Hero Academia

So My Hero Academia ranks number one on my list. This anime, in my opinion, compares to Dragon Ball Z in the 90s. It is so action-packed and has an intriguing story. Set in the future when the majority of the worlds people have Superpowers (quirks). With this Villains and Heroes have sprung up, the story follows young Midoria a boy who wants to be a hero, but wasn’t born with any quirk. Season 3 just wrapped up, as well they have a movie that should be coming out in the next few months (it has already did its theatrical release). If you haven’t checked that out make sure to get caught up before Season 4!
